GLIMMER UP YOUR LIP ROUTINE!
1. For your visibly fullest pout, exfoliate lips before application (we recommend Anew Vitamin C Smoothing Lip Scrub).
2. Apply Glimmer Lip Plumper before doing the rest of your makeup to allow lips ample time to plump.
