Self-Care During this Pandemic with Avon

We all need some way to cope with the pandemic.

I will be the first one to admit this is crazy. This pandemic has taken on a life of its own. It’s been more than two years and now we have another variant emerging. I’ll have gotten all of my vaccinations so far. I will wear my mask when I’m around people. I miss going out and seeing people living their lives. I’m able to enjoy the outdoors and go on walks whenever I can avoid people.

“The first thing is focus on your health one day at a time.”

I think whether a break from the news and social media helps you to distance yourself even a little from what is happening around you and avoid being overwhelmed can help tons. The more likely you take care of yourself the easier it will be to keep pace with of life amid this pandemic. Whether you do your self-care in the morning or night it will benefit you not only in the short term but also in the long term.

Here are some things you can do to help feel less depressed.

  • Do a quick workout
  • Doing something that is only for yourself
  • Take your time and stop what you are doing to notice what is happening around you

Instead of thinking all day about whether you are going to get sick or how long the pandemic will last, focus on how you feel for a bit. From good nutrition and a good night’s sleep to exercise and exercise – leading the way will help to ensure that small things do not become big things. Try our supplements.

What have you done to keep your sanity during this crazy time?
